Once an engineer, always an engineer - the saying is true! However, she honed in those engineering skills and became a baker, writer (she has a Substack lol, linked below btw!), private chef (ok ok, she makes meals for her family, but she’s available for hire if anyone’s asking!), Wishbone Kitchen wannabe, and wants to share all that she’s learned in her self-taught journey.
